SCP is a leading independent transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy, operating from offices based in London and Manchester to provide services across the UK. We can draw on a wide range of experience spanning over 25 years, to offer a range of services with a focus on delivery of development through the planning process. 2011 represents our 21st year of business and, as part of our celebrations, we have taken the opportunity to rebrand from Singleton Clamp & Partners to SCP.

We have an enviable reputation of providing effective and commercially aware advice in the planning and implementation of all types and scales of projects, ranging in scale from the smallest, involving private individuals, up to the largest, involving internationally known companies as well as Local Government.

We have successfully worked on many thousands of commissions on behalf of a wide range of public and private sector clients. Our list of clients includes household names in institutional investment, banking, commerce, retailing, house-building and leisure. We have a healthy, long-standing professional association with the Planning Bar and many solicitors, developers, architects, contractors as well as planning and environmental consultants. We are experienced in liaising with and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of experts as well as liaising with local planning and highway authorities throughout the UK.

We are fully conversant with national and local planning guidance and design standards and we use the latest tools available to ensure SCP is both competitive and a leader in innovative solutions in both transport planning and infrastructure design.
