Takeover of PTP Consultants

Singleton Clamp & Partners have completed the acquisition of PTP Consultants Ltd. Serving London and the South East, PTP are specialists in the field of transport planning, passenger transportation, and infrastructure design and have a portfolio of prestigious clients. High profile commissions for PTP include advising the Canary Wharf Group in relation to all aspects of the existing infrastructure.

Jim Budd, Director of Singleton Clamp commented, “We are very excited with this acquisition. SCP currently plays a major role in transport and traffic infrastructure predominantly within the Midlands and the North of England. SCP was originally founded in London in 1991 and so the acquisition of PTP will allow us to further strengthen our position within the South.”
