Charlene Wortley Passes her End Point Assessment with the ICE

SCP are proud to have supported Charlie through her degree apprenticeship and ultimately to her passing her Civils Charted Professional review with the Institution of Civil Engineers leading her to become professionally qualified as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng).

Charlie is amongst the first in the country to achieve this milestone in passing their Level 6 End Point Assessments and becoming IEng Members of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Steven Carmody added “Charlie is an amazing example for all young engineers, bring her own style and attitude to her work, She’s never afraid to challenge and always happy to help.”

Charlie said “Following the completion of my degree last year, I am extremely grateful for the support and training I have received from SCP in challenging me so that I could meet the attributes set by the ICE, allowing me to apply for my apprenticeship End Point Assessment and IEng status. I am thrilled to have passed the first time around, and I am now looking forward to the next challenge.’

Charlie will be a great asset to the institution of civil engineers and the chartered institution of highway and transportation engineers.

Hopefully she can now give back to her colleague and show them the way.
