SCP team take on Snowdon

Employees from our Manchester and Leeds offices recently spent the weekend together in Caernarfon, conquering Snowdon in the process. The Welsh mountain stands at a huge 1,085m tall making it the highest mountain in England and Wales. The team ascended the challenging Pyg Track and descended on the Miners’ Track, taking a well-earned dip in Lake Glaslyn on the way down.

All staff commented that the weekend was highly enjoyable and the views throughout the sunny hike were amazing! SCP very much look forward to taking on new challenges together in the future.

The weekend trip gave staff the opportunity to socialise and work together in an environment outside of the office and also appreciate some of the highway work which SCP have completed throughout North Wales. Current schemes which SCP are working on in the area include a S278 design at Llandudno junction as well as currently acting as Lead and Principal Designer on the final stage of the Llangefni Link Road in Anglesey.
